📦 Return & Exchange Window

You may return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your order.
After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

🧺 Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

🏷️ All original tags and labels attached

📦 Returned in its original packaging

⚠️ Important: Please contact our support team before returning any items to receive the correct return/exchange address. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

🔄 Return & Exchange Procedure

Step 1:

to request the official return/exchange address and instructions.

Step 2:
Carefully repackage your item(s) following our provided guidelines, then ship them to the return address.

Step 3:

💰 Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.) within 3–5 business days.
Please note that banks or card providers may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect the refund in your account.

🔁 Exchanges: Replacement items will be shipped within 3 business days after your returned product is received and approved.

🚫 Order Cancellation

We process orders quickly — often within a few hours.
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation by emailing dtujuck644338@outlook.com

Once your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. In that case, please wait for your order to arrive and then initiate a return.
